The Gardens blooms – Festival season begins with great spirit and energy at the Gardens

The residents of The Gardens in Bangalore welcomed the festival season with great spirit and energy . The Independence Day function on August 15th,saw the residents participating actively with the Security and Facility management team to do the flag hoisting and the subsequent functions.  Noted scholar Mr. P K Das , a resident of the Gardens was felicitated on the occasion followed by some really thought provoking speeches by Mr. Das and Mr. Suhas Kamat.


The function started with a Sumptous breakfast followed by the Independence day theme cultural activities that ran through the day. The activities were followed by a lavish lunch spread that ensured that the first community function at The Gardens left all the residents with a  great sense of ownership, pride and kindled the passion to make Gardens the best residential community in India . The ETA Management participated actively in the celebration and hosted lunch for the entire Gardens community.


Continuing the festive spirit, Ganesha Chaturthi was celebrated on September 11th with great enthusiasm and devotion . The day saw all Gardenites getting together to welcome the God of good things, Ganesha for the first time at The Gardens.  Auspicious poojas were carried out with Prasadams and lunch for all the residents. The day also saw some of the Gardenites bringing out their dancing shoes and making the evening a memorable occasion where adults and children let their hair loose in the Amphitheatre for a long time. Lord Ganesha, after the holy pooja was taken around the Gardens in a procession and later during the day immersed with full ritual.
